Imagine a field of tall grass with one well-worn trail. The easiest thing to do is keep walking on that path, keep going along the same way you’ve always gone. Hypnotherapy is like blazing a new trail. The hypnotherapy session is like an exploration, looking back at why we chose that previous trail, how it made sense at the time, but how it’s not taking us where we want to go.

The session is like looking at the map of where you want to go, letting go of the previous, well-worn way, and putting a stake in the ground with where the new trail is going to be and most importantly where it’s going to take you.

After the session is where the real magic comes in. You listen to the transformational recording that’s created just for you or for your group every day for at least 21 days. Our minds learn by repetition, just like a new path is set with daily walks.

Hypnotherapy accesses your subconscious mind, where habits, emotions, memories, and all of your body controls (like your heartbeat or immune system function and everything else you don’t have to consciously think of to have happen in your body). This is the part of your mind that created that well-worn path way back when. This type of change may feel like nothing is happening, and then you look back and realize you’re no longer binging in the evenings or you’re feeling better in general and not focusing on food to make you happy.

But these changes aren't just about losing weight - they're about transforming your relationship with food and your body. We are all very different and we often experience these types of changes at different times.
